KS4 is proud to be providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on the Beresford Street purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Woolwich, which has now successfully topped out!!
Delivered by the excellent team at CField Construction for the JV between Hurlington Capital, Q Investment Partners and GAMUDA, this marks a major milestone in a project that has overcome significant market challenges since Phase 1 was first acquired back in 2020.
As Phase 1 nears completion, we’re excited to also support the transition into Phase 2, with the site acquisition now finalised and enabling works already underway. The next phase will deliver an additional 120 student beds and enhanced amenity, with planning achieved in record time by Hurlington Capital in close collaboration with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Berkeley Group Plc.
