As Head of Project Management, Ed is committed to delivering outstanding projects that consistently exceed clients’ expectations. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked across various sectors, including residential, hotel, student, industrial, office and retail. Ed has developed a skill set that enables him to deliver complex regeneration schemes through the planning and procurement process and ensure timely and efficient delivery on site.

With years of experience and multi-specialist expertise covering project management, contract administration, cost management, design coordination, fund monitoring and procurement, Peter is a driving force at KS4. He’s worked on complex projects and programmes across residential, student accommodation, industrial and mixed-use sectors at all stages, using his detailed knowledge of construction to deliver innovative and value-added solutions to maximise investment returns.

Peter is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor advising clients on all commercial management matters, from defining budgets during the design stage to controlling costs once construction gets underway. He brings sector-wide experience to the team, and most recently, he’s been working on BTR, co-living, PBSA and later living schemes across the country, providing cost management support and taking on Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator roles on-site.

James is an experienced Associate Director, with a proactive, collaborative approach with project success paramount in his actions. James has extensive experience of working on projects across a variety of sectors including residential, hotels, education, commercial and healthcare. James’ has delivered projects ranging in value from £250k to £250m, comprising both refurb and new build, complex logistics and delivery challenges within central London locations, and a range of procurement routes and contract forms. James has extensive experience in risk management on construction projects and utilises his experience for the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of project risk, tailoring delivery to each project’s bespoke nature and individual needs and requirements driving best value solutions.

Focused on delivering the best possible outcome, Rob’s a cost management expert who gets under the skin of projects to understand our clients’ ambitions and concerns so we can come up with the right solutions. He’s a collaborator, listener and brilliant negotiator who builds solid, long-lasting relationships with project teams. Rob’s worked on hotels, student housing and residential projects, but no matter the sector, he’s always 100% committed to service excellence.

As PA to the directors and office manager, Milly is vital to the smooth running of our busy office. She’s efficient, organised and always ready to go the extra mile for the team and our clients. Milly approaches every aspect of her varied role positively and is always looking for new and better ways to improve our office admin. New to construction, she’s eager to learn more about the industry and the built environment.

A dedicated results-driven Senior Project Manager with a highly successful background in the achievement of profitable residential and Student accommodation schemes. A professional who specialises in the use of embedded design and construction techniques to develop creative and innovative living accommodation. Quick to assimilate new ideas, concepts and cutting-edge technology whilst demonstrating a logical and analytical approach to solving complex problems and issues. Demonstrates the organisation and prioritisation required to achieve tight deadlines and deliverables. A motivational and inspirational leader who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team thriving on highly pressurised and challenging working environments.

Sarah is an experienced project manager passionate about property and brings her development management expertise to the team. She’s worked on retail, office, and residential projects through all development lifecycle phases, with project costs of up to $2 billion (AUD). Sarah is an excellent communicator and highly skilled in budget management, risk management and design coordination.

Gamze is a trusted advisor to our clients, providing flexible, commercially focused advice. As a residential expert, she is keenly attuned to the risks of delivering complex construction on tight sites and the associated logistics and third-party approvals. Gamze never shies away from a challenge, bringing a proactive, collaborative approach and an open mind to every single job.

Alfie is a commercial manager experienced in residential development and construction, including mixed-use developments and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), with project values ranging from £1m-£60m. He works closely with clients, managing the commercial aspects of projects and ensuring they are delivered in line with development and financial programmes.

Matthew is a diligent quantity surveyor skilled in project cost management. He’s worked across sectors including senior living, residential and commercial, consistently delivering results that exceed our clients’ expectations. Matthew thrives under pressure and excels as part of a team. You can depend on him to get the job done.

Tomas has a background in project management and structural engineering. Since graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in construction project management, he has adapted his skills and honed his talents in the management of various projects. Tomas has had significant exposure to design and engineering and now he endeavours to further develop his career by pursuing project management in the construction industry/ built environment. Tomas is committed to delivering efficient, cost-effective, and sympathetic solutions and has a key interest in upholding the company’s reputation and client satisfaction. His previous roles in structural engineering and construction site management have strengthened his capabilities in problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

A passionate and eager to learn, Quantity Surveying student, studying at Nottingham Trent University. Sean is working for KS4 as part of his sandwich placement year. He believes this is the perfect opportunity for him to work alongside a skilled team of industry experts. He is eager to contribute his knowledge, enthusiasm, and collaborative mindset to the success of KS4. With a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, Sean is constantly seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and gain valuable experience in construction.

Meribel is enthusiastic about property and has broad experience and skills as an Assistant Project Manager. Meribel has worked on both Land and Residential projects in both affordable and luxury schemes at all stages of the development lifecycle. With commitment to professional growth, Meribel is an excellent co-ordinator and communicator.

Joseph is a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor with exposure to the construction industry since his graduation from Quantity Surveying at the University of Reading. Joseph has been involved in a wide range of projects at different stages of construction, frequently using a variety of costing techniques and standards of measurement. Joseph has taken on cost plans in commercial projects. Joseph is eager to contribute his skills and attention to detail to ensure efficiency and progression of projects. Joseph is a skilled communicator and is always determined to jump head first into difficult tasks to take on new challenges. In order to further strengthen his career Joseph is looking to gain exposure to large projects and working as a team.

Rebecca is a driven and hard-working student at Oxford Brookes University, studying Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, always looking to learn and apply her skills and knowledge.  Using her ability to adapt and collaborate with others she believes by working with an expert team in industry this is the perfect opportunity to grow and gain knowledge and experience, which shows her commitment to professional growth and proactivity.
