On March 1st, 2022, we embarked on an amazing journey with a clear vision for the future: to establish a dynamic consulting firm with expertise spanning multiple sectors, especially in Residential; PBSA, Co-Living, BTR, Private Sale, and Affordable Housing, alongside a strong focus on mixed-use regeneration schemes.
Our belated one-year anniversary party at The Lighterman in Kings Cross was a reflection of the incredible journey we’ve undertaken. It was a wonderful evening celebrating everything KS4 has achieved to date.
We owe our success to the continued support of our long-standing clients many of whom were able to share the night with us. Currently, we’re entrusted with 3,100 PBSA beds, 2,700 BTR units and 800 co-living units and so much more, a testament to the confidence our clients have in us.
As we stand at this juncture, we were thrilled to unveil our fresh branding, a true reflection of our journey so far. Collaborating closely with Steve Edge Design, we’ve created a visual identity that is as dynamic and innovative as our team.
