Don't just take our word for it

We have a longstanding relationship with the KS4 team who have been instrumental in the success of several of our projects.

Excellent service is always received on any discipline used, and the team strives to go above and beyond what is expected of them. KS4 began working on our key co-living scheme in Guildford following issues relating to cost, which were in danger of halting the project. Their hard work and dedication in a tight timescale allowed us to enter into contract on budget, successfully unlocking the scheme by saving over 10% of the original construction costs.

KS4 subsequently managed the process of having a Section 73 application consented to further enhance the scheme, all whilst meeting our programme and budget targets.”
