We’re happy to see that following enabling works last year, Beecroft Demolition Ltd have completed the deconstruction of 81-88 Beresford St, Woolwich, on behalf of Hurlington Capital and Q Investment Partners, prior to construction work continuing in the summer for a new 299-bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation development. Works included full demolition of the former Catholic Club, extensive temporary works to the basement to facilitate demolition and installation of hoarding.
KS4 are providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services, steering the project through design development, planning amendment and condition discharges, third party approvals including Crossrail / TfL and Thames Water, recent legislative changes, enabling works and procurement.
