We’re thrilled to share that planning approval has been granted for Zenith Land’s landmark development in Epsom, following a positive resolution by Epsom and Ewell Council’s Planning Committee. The site, in East Street, was formerly the home of the Epsom and Ewell Gas Company, established in 1847.
KS4 are providing project management, employers agent and quantity surveying services for Zenith and have helped navigate the development through the planning approval process.
The approved scheme includes:
🏗️ The demolition and re-provision of the Laine Theatre Arts building, with 6,080 sqm of new floorspace
🏙️ The construction of five residential buildings, ranging from 8 to 12 storeys
🏡 A total of 456 new homes, including 21 wheelchair-accessible units
