Affordable Housing

50-56 Fore Street is a new and exciting affordable housing development comprising of 110 units with associated communal residents’ facilities, a community space with commercial on ground, surrounding public realm & amenity space.

KS4 has been appointed by SCP to provide full PM, QS and EA services. The scheme consists of a part 18 storey building facing Fore Street with a singular row of terrace
houses wrapping Claremont Street and Clive Avenue, along the site boundary.


Bringing the Community Together

The scheme aims to establish a new community, occupying high-quality, affordable, purpose-built housing for a range of tenures. The residents will live in an attractive environment, with private amenity spaces, child play space and a landscaped communal garden for residents and visitors to meet and relax.
