The multi-home development is a cluster of four blocks around a new central courtyard. As well as self-contained studios, there are shared kitchen and dining spaces, lounges, gym and yoga studios, a laundrette and co-working areas. A public pedestrian route runs through the site, creating connections with the wider neighbourhood and allowing everyone to enjoy the green courtyard space. The development is on target for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
Adding Value
We’ve provided integrated services for our client, overcoming various challenges on-site, including archaeological findings, remediation of contaminated land and numerous party wall awards. Working closely with Host and the design team, we value-engineered the project by reducing the basement size to save time and cost.
