We have been engaged from the outset providing Project Management, Cost Management and Employers Agent services on one of the largest schemes in Leeds. The development will deliver 1,370 new homes (including build-to-rent, market sale and affordable housing), 200,000 sq ft of office space, commercial and community spaces, and the restoration of a listed building. We’ve been working with our client from day one, providing project and cost management services and driving the design time to a successful hybrid planning application.
