Project Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager based in the City of London, where some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Project Manager will be responsible for working alongside the senior team at all stages in project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, programming, risk, project and cashflow reporting and monitoring project progress to ensure milestones are met. The role also requires taking proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential risks.Requirements
- 2-3 Years’ post-graduate experience
- Experience in residential sectors beneficial – KS4 primarily operate in the residential sector, specifically BTR, PBSA, Co-living, Affordable & Private Sale
- Typical project values £50-70million, up to £250m+ working as part of a project team, with opportunities to run smaller projects semi-autonomously
- Good expertise in project management, leading projects, people and teams
- Prior experience at multiple project stages beneficial
- Prior experience with preparing and updating development programmes (MS projects), action trackers, minutes, risk registers, monthly reporting etc. also beneficial
- Capability or willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills and assist with drawing reviews, technical submittals and due diligence
