This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager based in the City of London, where some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing resources and budgets and monitoring project progress to ensure milestones are met. The role also requires taking proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential risks.Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience
- Strong residential experience – KS4 primarily operate in the residential sector, specifically BTR, PBSA, Co-living, Affordable & Private Sale
- Typical project values £50-70million, up to £250m+
- Strong expertise in Project Management, leading projects, people and teams
- Proven track record at all stages from planning & design, procurement & tendering, through to delivery / contract admin & EA work and completion / handover.
- Experience in in planning & programming (Microsoft Projects)
- Experience in preparing and managing development cashflows
- Experience in preparing and implementing project execution plans
- Experience in reporting directly to clients and preparing project management & EA reports
- Strong technical abilities, including capability to review design & technical submittals
- Knowledge of the BSR gateway processes acceptable in lieu of working experience
- Line management experience preferred but not required
