Later Living Project
This project comprises the design and construction of a single Later Living residential building hosting 61 apartments located on 84-100 Park Street, Camberley.
KS4 has been appointed by Lifestory to provide full QS and EA services. The development will include landscaped communal gardens and private terraces to the ground floor,
secure parking for 61 cars, a buggy store, guest suite, owners lounge (with social kitchen), life host office, accessible WC, and main reception.
The main build is due to start in January 2024, assuming an 18 month build programme the main build should be complete in December 2025.
