KS4 have been engaged from inception to provide Project Management, Cost Management and Employers Agents services on the Cheetham Hill Road Build to Rent scheme. The proposed 23-storey building will provide 237 BTR units and 2 commercial units including all building infrastructure and associated external works.
Planning Approved
KS4 coordinated the design team to a planning submission that meets the client’s aspirations, and construction costs and the scheme was approved for planning at the end of 2023.
