The proposed development (set within a larger master plan) is a BTR led scheme with commercial uses on the ground floors, ancillary ground floor communal areas, car parking and public realm set over two blocks.

KS4 have been appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employers Agents to deliver the proposed 350 BTR residential units alongside a community gym, common areas, entrance plaza and greenspace.

The scheme was submitted for planning before Christmas 2023.
