KS4 is involved in managing a significant mixed-use development project, which includes a total of 1,487 units divided into 817 Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) beds, 448 co-living keys, and 222 affordable housing units.
The project is designed with a commitment to providing 35% affordable housing, seamlessly integrated with the overall mix of co-living and affordable units. A notable feature of this scheme is the construction of around five 5-bedroom townhouses, designated for affordable housing.
