As well as 548 student apartments, the 24-storey tower features a gym, roof terrace, courtyard, games room and communal study areas. The landmark scheme will play
a key role in bringing in more investment and growth into the west end of the city centre.
On Budget
We procured the Build Contract for the student accommodation within budget, and construction is underway. Completion is due in the summer of 2025. Students will benefit from being near the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, along with Leeds train station and the city centre.
