23-Storey BTR
KS4 have been engaged from inception to provide Project Management, Cost Management and Employers Agents services on the Cheetham Hill Road Build to Rent scheme. The proposed 23-storey building will provide 237 BTR units and 2 commercial units including all building infrastructure and associated external works.
Planning Approved
Ks4 are coordinating the design team to a planning submission that meets the clients aspirations and construction costs. KS4 are monitoring the risks and mitigating them, as required. Submission will be December 2023 with the plan to proceed at risk with the detailed design up to RIBA Stage 4 design, so we are ready to tender and enter contract at the earliest stage.
The scheme was approved for planning at the end of 2023.
