This is the first phase of Stour Road, a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Hackney Wick, just five minutes from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. As well as housing, it includes an incubator workspace for graduates alongside artists’ studios, exhibition and performance space for the not-for-profit organisation Stour Space. We provided project management, employer’s agent and cost consultancy services from the get-go, helping our client procure the works.
The site falls within the London Legacy Development Area within an up-and-coming part of the city currently undergoing major regeneration.
Wick Park was completed in Summer 2023 and is ideally placed for the University of the Arts London, University of East London campus and Queen Mary University of London.
