KS4 is leading the way in providing Cost Consultancy, Project Management, and Employer’s Agent services for an iconic development in Epsom. This landmark project is uniquely designed to house approximately 600 residential apartments that will include an onsite theatre, serving as a cultural and entertainment hub for the Epsom community. With an overall estimated construction budget of £140M, this development is set to become a pivotal community asset.
Our role is focused on navigating the development through the intricate planning approval processes. As the Project Manager, KS4 will be the main point of contact between the client, local planning authorities, and other stakeholders.
The site has significant ground contamination from being a previous SGN gas holder site in which KS4 has scoped, procured all necessary surveys, reliance’s and quotes to
quantify the works and costs required to remediate the land prior to construction.
