KS4 has been appointed to provide PM, QS and EA services for the proposed redevelopment of Westminster House in Milton Keynes. After already securing planning for a Refurbishment, alteration and 3 storey roof extension to this site to house 237 BTR units. The decision was made to go back into planning to demolish the existing 3 storey commercial office building and looks to re-provide 381nr BTR units, split between a mixture of 1B, 2B and 3B apartments.
2024 Construction
The scheme will also provide, internal amenity in addition
to roof terraces for residents.
The new building will be 8 storeys, lower ground to 7th floor, the scheme will look to utilise the existing half basement and will build over the extreme site gradient to ensure we develop the most efficient substructure design
possible.
The scheme aims to be on site Q4 2024.
